Description of VRB High Precision Planetary Gearboxes

VRB series planetary gearboxes are a series of Shimpo gearbox alternatives. The TRANS’s VRB series servo gearbox can replace the same series of NIDEC reducers. The appearance of this series of speed reducers is a round and square flange. The internal helical gears ensure the smooth and quiet operation of VRB series planetary reducers. The backlash is less than 3 arcmin, which determines that the VRB reducer is a high-precision planetary gear reducer. The characteristics of high rigidity and high torque benefit from the integral use of ball bearings in TRANS’s VRB series servo gearbox. The input of the gearbox adopts flange and shaft sleeve so that TRANS reducer can be installed on any brand of servo motors (such as Fuji, Delta, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi servo motor, etc.). The grease with high viscosity and is not easy to separate is a kind of special synthetic grease, which can effectively prevent the leakage of grease, and thus the users don’t have to replace the grease in the service life of the TRANS gearbox.
