What is your lead time?

Normally, we have goods in stock for standard sizes. If your servo motor or stepper motor are standard products, then they can 100% match our standard planetary gearboxes or harmonic gearbox.

How do I pay you?

We have a company USD account and a Euro account if you want to pay from your company account. Also, we have an alibaba.com shop, you can pay us online through your credit card for your convenience. Any other payment term like RMB is also accepted.

How long is your quliaty guarantee?

Normally, our industry’s quality guarantee term is one year after the goods leave the factory. If you have a special requirement, you could discuss it with our salesman. Until now, we still haven’t received quality complaints from our customers because we have tried our best to control the quality before delivery to our customers. What technical support can we get from you?

When we get your inquiry about our servo gearbox, our salesman will ask you for the drawing of the servo motor or stepper motor. We will check whether the input sizes of your motor are standard or not, according to which, we shall issue the 2D drawings for your confirmation. Some customers will need 3D drawings, which we will offer at request. For some special requirements like help our customer to choose servo motor to check which one is better for our gearbox, we also very glad to offer such service if needed.

Do you have distributor in my country and how you ship our gearboxes to us?

We are a direct selling company, which means we export our gearboxes by our company. We can deliver the gearboxes to our customers through FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or shipped by air or sea. What is your MOQ?

For small models, because the bank fee is higher maybe than the cost of the gearboxes themselves or half of its value, our customer will bear the bank cost if he only wants to buy one piece. Under this situation, our MOQ is one piece. For big model or bulk gearboxes, the bank cost is only a small part of the amount of the goods, we will bear the bank cost.
